Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://pettransportationwellington.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Pawride markets and arranges Airport Pet Transport, Cat Transportation, Dog Transportation, Grooming Transportation, Pet Ride Service, Veterinary Transportation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Pawride and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
No Warranties. Pawride disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Damages. Pawride is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Pawride from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. FL law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in FL.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
